The Dragon Kiteshield could be the last Dragon item. Like other Dragon stuff they look cool but lack of stat. The most dragon item i use is Dragon Boot, Dragon Pickaxe and Dragon Hatchet.

Cost for the new item could be 20-30mil. This will skyrocket in few month. If Dragon Kiteshield drop from high level monster and it have good stat it price can go up till 100million gp. Probably Dragon Kiteshield need smith level to make like Dragon Platebody. Let wait and see.
