Uber Cape

Jagex will release Uber cape. But the requirement are to high for me. Yes i got all skill at maximum level but other?...wow im lazy to do it. btw here the list of it requirement, haha i never get it:

All skill levels at maximum
All quests complete
All tasks complete
All magic spells unlocked
All prayers unlocked
All museum Kudos
All music unlocked
Miniquests:
-Abyssal miniquest
-Ghostly robes+Shadow sword
-Land of the Goblins burial
-Tarns lair complete
-Clarence found and buried
-Stronghold of player safety complete
-Stronghold of security complete
