Dragon mask was release on 4th August 2010. It is rewards from Elite Treasure Trails .
Green Dragon Mask, Blue Dragon Mask and Red Dragon Mask are from level 3 clue reward.
Black Dragon Mask, Bronze Dragon Mask, Frost Dragon Mask, Iron Dragon Mask, Mithril Dragon Mask and Steel Dragon Mask are from level 4 clue reward. By the way you don't need to solve the clue to get the mask because it available in Grand exchange.
